How do I get my plans?

The full size plans are going to be printed and mailed to you via UPS.

Are the plans going to be accurate?

Yes, I personal design and draft every plan in this collection. All plans are designed use a CAD system. This allows for the building to be built using virtual construction to insure that everything will work.

Are the plans going to be easy to read and understand?

Absolutely, I know that there are going to be more people building a carport then just contractors. It does take extra time and effort to make them easy to read but it is worth it in the end.

Will the material list be accurate and contain everything you need to build your cabin?

Yes material list is accurate. But if you start changing the plan the material list will not reflect the updates.

Will it be safe to order online?

Yes, I have invested in a SSL secure shopping cart to make sure every piece of information you send is secured to the highest standard.

Will the plans be up to building code and will I be able to get a building permit with them?

The plans are designed for the International building code. This is the strict code in North America.

Will my bank be able to use the plans?

Yes, I know that getting bank finance is one of the most critical steps in the amount of money a bank will loan. This is way the plans are presented the way they are to be easy for every one involved to read.

Will I be able to contact the designer if I have any questions about the plans?

Will I be able to find materials for my plan?

I have designed every plan around using common building material available at any lumber yard. I know that not everybody is going to have a Home Deport around the corner.
